Fent el s\u00edmil del que veiem a la natura, passa tamb\u00e9 a l&#8217;\u00e9sser hum\u00e0; quan una planta est\u00e0 molt sana, es troba en un lloc perfecte on arriben els nutrients que necessita, sol i aigua, la seva expressi\u00f3 de salut \u00e9s cr\u00e9ixer i donar vida a altres plantes i flors, \u00e9s el mateix que passa quan una dona pot donar vida, \u00e9s la m\u00e0xima expressi\u00f3 de salut per a la seva biologia i fisiologia. Els seus teixits, \u00f2rgans i aparells s&#8217;han de trobar en \u00f2ptimes condicions per poder crear vida i quedar embarassada.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-6krul3598\">M\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de tots els beneficis que hem comentat que t\u00e9 la pr\u00e0ctica de l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic per a la fertilitat de la dona, continuar amb aquesta pr\u00e0ctica durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s de m\u00e0 de professionals especialitzats en aquesta etapa fisiol\u00f2gica, adaptant-nos a aquestes noves necessitats, donar\u00e0 lloc a uns nou mesos on la mare anir\u00e0 trobant-se cada cop m\u00e9s preparada. L&#8217;embar\u00e0s en si, es compara amb la preparaci\u00f3 a una competici\u00f3, si durant els 9 mesos la mare ha estat preparant-se f\u00edsicament i psicol\u00f2gicament, al dia del part (la competici\u00f3) arribar\u00e0 m\u00e9s segura, m\u00e9s forta, resistent i amb m\u00e9s eines per saber com fer-ho.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-sxa7n3747\">Ajudar\u00e0, aix\u00ed mateix, al desenvolupament correcte del nad\u00f3 en cadascun dels trimestres, hi ha nombrosos estudis cient\u00edfics on recalquen la import\u00e0ncia del moviment durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s, ajudant aix\u00ed que el sistema vestibular i visual del nad\u00f3 es desenvolupi correctament.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"viewer-82gwr3833\">Altres dels beneficis \u00e9s controlar el pes durant aquests mesos, revertir possibles
