Aquesta expansi\u00f3 no nom\u00e9s es d\u00f3na al nostre pa\u00eds, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 est\u00e0 sent m\u00e9s que visible a nivell internacional, amb una pres\u00e8ncia de <strong>25 milions de jugadors i 40000 pistes<\/strong> a m\u00e9s de <strong>110 pa\u00efsos<\/strong> arreu del m\u00f3n. A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;espera que per al 2025 creixi a Europa aquest n\u00famero un <strong>26%<\/strong> , arribant a un total de <strong>66.908 pistes<\/strong> (nom\u00e9s a Espanya hi ha m\u00e9s de <strong>22.000<\/strong> pistes de P\u00e0del a dia d&#8217;avui).  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_0450c94e964c43579f588e13f984f4dbmv2-1024x563.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-586\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_0450c94e964c43579f588e13f984f4dbmv2-1024x563.png 1024w, https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_0450c94e964c43579f588e13f984f4dbmv2-300x165.png 300w, https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_0450c94e964c43579f588e13f984f4dbmv2-768x422.png 768w, https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_0450c94e964c43579f588e13f984f4dbmv2-1536x844.png 1536w, https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_0450c94e964c43579f588e13f984f4dbmv2-2048x1125.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>I \u00e9s que el p\u00e0del ens planteja una alta interactivitat entre jugadors que aconsegueix que els participants s&#8217;involucrin m\u00e9s al joc, generant una alta motivaci\u00f3 i adher\u00e8ncia tant en ambients recreatius com competitius. Segons dades de la <strong>Federaci\u00f3 Espanyola de P\u00e0del,<\/strong> en els darrers 10 anys, el nombre de llic\u00e8ncies s&#8217;ha vist incrementat en m\u00e9s d&#8217;un <strong>130%<\/strong> , sent el 2013 un total de <strong>43312<\/strong> les llic\u00e8ncies expedides, mentre que el 2023 ja se superaven les <strong>100.000.<\/strong> <br\/><br\/><strong>CARACTER\u00cdSTIQUES DEL P\u00c0DEL<br\/><\/strong><br\/> Si analitzem les caracter\u00edstiques del p\u00e0del, podem definir-lo com una <strong>activitat intermitent d&#8217;alta intensitat,<\/strong> que combina accions d&#8217;alta freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia <strong>(0.7-1.5 per segon)<\/strong> amb accions de baixa intensitat durant ral\u00b7lis de durada mitjana moderada <strong>(9-15 segons),<\/strong> que s\u00f3n intercalats amb descansos d&#8217;una durada m\u00e9s gran. Aquestes dades han estat majorit\u00e0riament preses de jugadors professionals i semiprofessionals la dedicaci\u00f3 setmanal mitjana dels quals \u00e9s de <strong>23.5 h,<\/strong> cosa que no passa amb els practicants m\u00e9s amateurs, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que ens acosta a la realitat de l&#8217;esport a mesura que el nivell t\u00e8cnico-t\u00e0ctic s&#8217;incrementa. <br\/><br\/>Si dividim en zones el camp, tal com podem veure a la imatge, el <strong>46.6%<\/strong> de l&#8217;activitat pren lloc a la zona anomenada <strong>\u201cbaseline\u201d<\/strong> , mentre que el 27.7% i el 25,6% ocorren a <strong>\u201cmiddle \u00e0rea\u201d<\/strong> i <strong>\u201cnet zone\u201d<\/strong> respectivament (Andrea Demeco et al. 2022). Si ens anem endinsant m\u00e9s quant als cops i accions t\u00e8cniques, <strong>la volea, el servei i els cops de dreta o rev\u00e9s des de fons de pista, s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s freq\u00fcents durant un partit (&gt; 85%).<\/strong> Tot i aix\u00f2, la majoria dels <strong>cops guanyadors<\/strong> s\u00f3n cops que es donen per sobre de l&#8217;al\u00e7ada del cap de l&#8217;esportista <strong>(safata i smash),<\/strong> els quals solen succeir a la zona mitjana de la pista (76.3%) i des de la xarxa (41.2%). \u00c9s important tamb\u00e9 destacar que el <strong>80%<\/strong> dels punts al p\u00e0del s&#8217;aconsegueixen <strong>des de la xarxa,<\/strong> per aix\u00f2 la import\u00e0ncia que t\u00e9 per a les dues parelles guanyar la zona de la xarxa durant els partits. En termes defensius, el cop per excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia \u00e9s el <strong>globus;<\/strong> tanmateix, el seu \u00fas <strong>(&lt; 16%)<\/strong> \u00e9s redu\u00eft at\u00e8s l&#8217;alt risc que t\u00e9 si l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 \u00e9s err\u00f2nia, la qual cosa donaria una gran oportunitat per a l&#8217;oponent de fer un smash.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"775\" src=\"https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_8b13263b1b5b468e95fc7e3434ceba51mv2-1024x775.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-587\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_8b13263b1b5b468e95fc7e3434ceba51mv2-1024x775.png 1024w, https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_8b13263b1b5b468e95fc7e3434ceba51mv2-300x227.png 300w, https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_8b13263b1b5b468e95fc7e3434ceba51mv2-768x581.png 768w, https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_8b13263b1b5b468e95fc7e3434ceba51mv2-1536x1163.png 1536w, https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_8b13263b1b5b468e95fc7e3434ceba51mv2.png 1744w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p><strong>LESIONS AL P\u00c0DEL<br\/><\/strong><br\/> Un cop hem analitzat de manera molt resumida les caracter\u00edstiques d&#8217;aquest esport, aix\u00ed com les demandes del mateix, podem concloure que a nivell d&#8217;exig\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica requereix esfor\u00e7os curts d&#8217;alta intensitat combinats amb per\u00edodes de menys esfor\u00e7. Aquesta din\u00e0mica <strong>comporta unes altes velocitats d&#8217;execucions t\u00e8cniques i canvis sobtats de velocitat i direcci\u00f3<\/strong> durant els partits de p\u00e0del, els quals poden representar un important factor de risc de lesi\u00f3, especialment per a persones desentrenades. I \u00e9s que, si analitzem la literatura, podem trobar que les lesions s\u00f3n for\u00e7a comunes entre els jugadors de p\u00e0del, amb una r\u00e0tio d&#8217;incid\u00e8ncia de <strong>3 lesions cada 1000 hores d&#8217;entrenament i 8 cada 1000 hores de partit.<\/strong> Si tenim en compte els jugadors <strong>no professionals, 2 de cada 5 jugadors<\/strong> han patit almenys una lesi\u00f3 durant l&#8217;\u00faltim any, tenint el 53.1% un temps de recuperaci\u00f3 de m\u00e9s d&#8217;un mes.  <br\/><br\/>Endinsant-nos m\u00e9s profundament en les lesions en si, el <strong>37.5%<\/strong> de les mateixes es produeixen en el <strong>membre superior,<\/strong> on la majoria afecten fonamentalment a <strong>l&#8217;espatlla i al colze,<\/strong> at\u00e8s que la din\u00e0mica del p\u00e0del implica for\u00e7a cops per sobre del cap amb un potencial major de repeticions de moviments d&#8217; <strong>abducci\u00f3-rotaci\u00f3 externa del bra\u00e7<\/strong> durant aquests acromial <strong>, bursitis i epicondilitis.<\/strong><br\/><br\/>Quan el <strong>membre inferior,<\/strong> el percentatge ascendeix a un total de <strong>53.1%<\/strong> , dels quals <strong>els esquin\u00e7os s\u00f3n les m\u00e9s comunes,<\/strong> conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia normalment d&#8217;una <strong>rotaci\u00f3 i inversi\u00f3 interna sobtada<\/strong> quan el jugador realitza un canvi de direcci\u00f3. En resum, podem dir que les <strong>lesions tendinoses i musculars s\u00f3n el tipus de lesi\u00f3 m\u00e9s reportada, sent el colze la zona anat\u00f2mica m\u00e9s comuna, seguida del genoll, l&#8217;espatlla i la zona lumbar.<\/strong> <br\/><br\/><br\/><strong>CONCLUSIONS<br\/><\/strong><br\/> Responent a la pregunta que d\u00f3na t\u00edtol a aquest article, el p\u00e0del, com a b\u00e0sicament tots els esports de competici\u00f3, el podem considerar lesiu, per\u00f2, i si ho comparem amb altres pr\u00e0ctiques esportives?<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"380\" src=\"https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_24de4139b9764d67a6794335cbe45c16mv2-1024x380.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-588\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_24de4139b9764d67a6794335cbe45c16mv2-1024x380.png 1024w, https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_24de4139b9764d67a6794335cbe45c16mv2-300x111.png 300w, https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_24de4139b9764d67a6794335cbe45c16mv2-768x285.png 768w, https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_24de4139b9764d67a6794335cbe45c16mv2-1536x569.png 1536w, https:\/\/rcdmallorcasportclinic.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/4010dd_24de4139b9764d67a6794335cbe45c16mv2-2048x759.png 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Si comparem les diferents modalitats esportives exposades a la taula de dalt, podem observar que la incid\u00e8ncia lesional del p\u00e0del \u00e9s m\u00e9s gran que la del seu germ\u00e0 gran, el tennis, per\u00f2 for\u00e7a menor que el totpoder\u00f3s futbol, \u200b\u200bel qual mostra una r\u00e0tio  <strong>4 vegades superior en competici\u00f3.<\/strong>  Cal observar amb cura les dades mostrades, ja que les mesures de les r\u00e0tios s\u00f3n diferents, mentre que al p\u00e0del la r\u00e0tio \u00e9s per 1000 hores de joc, al tennis parlem d&#8217;exposicions al joc de l&#8217;atleta, les quals \u00edntegrament i, especialment en competici\u00f3, seran majors d&#8217;una hora, at\u00e8s que la poblaci\u00f3 estudiada eren jugadors professionals.<br\/><br\/>Per\u00f2 no tot ser\u00e0 parlar de la part negativa del p\u00e0del, i \u00e9s que tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 uns beneficis per a la salut m\u00e9s que contrastats. Per exemple,   <strong>Courel Iba\u00f1ez et al. (2018) <\/strong>  van realitzar un estudi que va comparar dones adultes de mitjana edat que jugaven a p\u00e0del regularment amb altres sedent\u00e0ries de la mateixa edat, reportant-se millores en diferents valors corporals de salut, com una <strong>major propicepci\u00f3, for\u00e7a i resist\u00e8ncia cardiovascular.<\/strong> Alhora, van observar una <strong>disminuci\u00f3 del per\u00edmetre abdominal, de la circumfer\u00e8ncia dels malucs, els plecs cutanis de les cames<\/strong> respecte a les dones sedent\u00e0ries, reduint aix\u00ed el risc de patir <strong>desordres card\u00edacs, osteop\u00e8nia i dolor lumbar.<\/strong><br\/><br\/>En un altre estudi dut a terme per  <strong>Pradas et al. (2021) <\/strong>  suggereixen que hi ha influ\u00e8ncies positives en la <strong>salut cerebral.<\/strong> Van trobar un increment significatiu a BDNF en una an\u00e0lisi de sang presa despr\u00e9s d&#8217;un partit simulat. El <strong>BDNF<\/strong> \u00e9s un p\u00e8ptid derivat de la fibra (mioquina) produ\u00eft pel m\u00fascul esquel\u00e8tic i regulat per l&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic que juga un rol essencial en la <strong>neuroplasticitat<\/strong> i fins i tot pot influir en la regulaci\u00f3 del metabolisme muscular millorant <strong>el consum de glucosa i l&#8217;oxidaci\u00f3 de greixos centrals i les propietats biol\u00f2giques i esportives.<\/strong> <br\/><br\/>Per finalitzar ia mode de reflexi\u00f3 \u00faltima, m&#8217;agradaria ressaltar que com en qualsevol esport que practiquem, <strong>necessitem un pla,<\/strong> un pla que ens organitzi a nivell d&#8217;esfor\u00e7os, de treballar la musculatura i articulacions per preparar-la per a les altes demandes f\u00edsiques a qu\u00e8 se&#8217;ls exposaran durant la pr\u00e0ctica de l&#8217;esport. \u00c9s un error pensar que com fem esport, ens cansem, suem i sentim que la nostra musculatura ha treballat, estem fent les coses correctament. Si no fem feina complement\u00e0ria de    <strong>for\u00e7a<\/strong>  degudament planificat en qu\u00e8 hi hagi una bona  <strong>dosificaci\u00f3 dels esfor\u00e7os,<\/strong>  probablement ens exposem a una major  <strong>possibilitat de lesi\u00f3.<\/strong>  \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que us convido a que sempre consulteu a  <strong>professionals de l&#8217;esport<\/strong>  (metges, fisioterapeutes, especialistes en rendiment esportiu, nutricionistes, pod\u00f2legs\u2026) que us puguin orientar en la recerca d&#8217;aquest pla que ens ajudi a gaudir de manera adequada d&#8217;aquest esport que ens fa passar tan bons moments, perqu\u00e8 recordar que el risc no est\u00e0 en l&#8217;esport en si, sin\u00f3 en no estar preparats per a l&#8217;activitat que realitzarem.<br\/><br\/><br\/><br\/><strong>BIBLIOGRAFIA<\/strong><br\/><br\/>Dahmen J, Emanuel KS, Fontanellas-Fes A, et al.
